Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods and services online, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by sending a letter or an email). You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to declare that you are withdrawing from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we must refund you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no latter than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund.

If the services have already begun within the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to the services already provided up to the time when you inform us of your withdrawal, in relation to the total scope of services stipulated in the contract.
